Camelia is a Trainer and Environmental engineer, with extensive experience in project management and working with European Union programs. Camelia holds a Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering from Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She is also a holder of a MSc in Advanced procedures in Environment Protection from Technical University Cluj-Napoca, and a MSc in Risk Assessment and Environmental protection from Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. From 2010 Camelia started working as an Environmental engineer and European funds consultant in a real estate company. Between 2010 and 2012 she coordinated 68 projects for both private and public beneficiaries (city halls, schools, hospitals). She was the consultant for 29 projects that were applied to be financed through APDRP and AFM Programs. Out of these projects, she wrote 9 feasibility studies for measure 313 APDRP. Camelia is also part of the Societal Managers Network.
